This notice is not yet effective. Payments remain locked until the legal operator, support contact, retention periods, vendor list, and customer-rights process are approved.

Data used by the prepared checkout

The checkout is designed to collect a business name, contact name, business email, website or social page, retail category, catalog size, consent records, accepted agreement version and time, order status, and Stripe checkout references. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout and are not collected by this site.

Integration workspace data

After payment, the private onboarding workspace can collect Shopify store details, collaborator codes, operational notes, brand direction, and inventory exports. It is not designed to collect passwords, API keys, customer payment data, or unrelated personal information. Uploaded catalog files are stored separately from the public storefront.

Prepared uses

The data model is limited to creating the order, confirming payment through a signed webhook, preserving agreement acceptance, preventing duplicate fulfillment, supporting onboarding and catalog migration, and reconciling the purchase. Marketing use is not included in the payment consent.

Required before activation

The legal controller, support address, retention schedule, subprocessors, deletion and access process, regional disclosures, and effective date must be finalized.
